Lizett Rodríguez Peña, Esq.
Lizett Rodriguez Pena is a dedicated California attorney focusing on immigration and employment law. As a first-generation Latina immigrant and daughter of migrant farmworkers, her personal journey fuels her commitment to community advocacy. Lizett earned her B.A. from UC Davis and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During her time in law school, she participated in the Moot Court Program and served as Vice President of La Raza Law Student Association and Co-President of USF Parents and Advocates Law Student Association, which she co-founded to support law student parents. Lizett's dedication to justice extends far beyond her legal practice. She actively serves as a board member for several community organizations in Central Coast of California including Youth Alliance, BeProximity, and the San Benito County Community Foundation, Latino Generations Fund and the Women's Fund. She is also the President of the San Benito County Bar Association.
